Performance comparison – C + P locker with added efficiency
All lockers on the market have holes and slots. In theory, these are also supposed to provide ventilation.
But is that enough? The effectiveness of ventilation in C + P lockers has been scientifically tested and confirmed. Damp clothes dry much faster due to the flow pattern in the design. Compared to conventional drying, all three of C + P’s drying technologies offer significant advantages in terms of how quickly they dry damp and wet clothes. Even the self-ventilation concept (SVL+) – which doesn’t require an on-site ventilation system – ensures significantly more efficient drying compared to conventional lockers due to the air inlet at the base of the locker and the generated flow pattern. Incidentally, the ventilation generated is far higher than that required by DIN 4547. Clothes to be dried are dried in six to 14 hours, depending on the moisture content.
FVL+ FORCED VENTILATION
The drying and odor removal of the forced ventilation concept (FVL+) are supported and sped up by the connection to an existing on-site ventilation system. Depending on the moisture content of the clothing or equipment, complete drying takes place within 6-14 h.
FVLD+ VENTILATION AND HEATING UNIT
The dryer achieves a high air exchange rate by connecting it to an existing on-site ventilation system and additionally feeding in heat. In each drying unit, up to 30 liters of water can be extracted from the clothes per day, without any need for a separate drying room. Our performance winner: the fastest drying of wet (work) clothing in up to 10 hours!
FLEX+ VENTILATION AND HEATING UNIT

THE SOLUTION FOR DAMP CLOTHES AND ODOR
FVL+lockers are used in industrial plants, food processing and service companies, not to mention everywhere at which the likes of emissions removal and normal drying tasks are to be completed. Clothes to be dried are dried in six to 14 hours, depending on the moisture content.
Up to 12 lockers can be installed in rows as a functional unit and ventilated. For optimum airing and ventilation, an air exchange rate of eight to ten times per hour is recommended.

THE ANSWER WHEN YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES DRY AND WARM
FVLD+lockers are used in building yards, road maintenance depots, the construction industry, fire departments, and so on. The condensation dryer guides dried air into all the compartments in a row of lockers (max. 15 in a single row or 2 x 8 back-to-back). Poppet valves in the locker roofs regulate the air volume flow; fresh air / hot air is introduced into the closed locker circuit and, in return, extraction of used air (humidity) is ensured. With an output of just 550 W, the dryer achieves maximum drying efficiency. With minimal energy consumption in each drying unit, up to 30 liters of water can be extracted from the clothes per day, without any need for a separate drying room.

MAXIMUM DRYING AND THERMAL FLEXIBILITY
FLEX+lockers are real all-rounders. Whether used in sports, leisure, public administration, industry or logistics, the FLEX+ is the product of choice wherever wet and damp clothes and equipment have to be dried inside and out after use and prewarmed as needed. The ambient air is sucked into and guided through the ventilation / heating element at a defined air velocity inside the locker, where it exits at various air outlet openings – at pipes / boot, helmet and other holders depending on the locker’s configuration. The moisture extracted escapes into the surrounding room, which has a positive effect on the room climate when dry heating air is used in winter.
Additional electrification is possible, e.g. for charging electric bikes with a second 230 V socket.

WHEN CLEAN AND FRESH IS NOT ENOUGH
UV-CLN+lockers are innovative solutions that are used wherever hygiene is a key issue – in the likes of doctors’ surgeries, hospitals, the food industry, the food service industry, the cosmetics industry, labs or pharmaceutical companies. Closing the door automatically starts the three-minute UV-C radiation process. If the door is opened before the time is up, the process is interrupted immediately to prevent potentially exposing people to UV-C light. The process does not require the use of chemicals and extra sealed doors ensure that no radiation leaks out. Steel (the material that the lockers – like all C + P lockers – are made from) guarantees a smooth and easy-care surface.
