Steel - recyclable material
For almost 100 years, we have based our work as a producer of furnishing and storage solutions on the recyclable material steel. Steel is an ecological material by nature and is 100% recyclable. Steel can be can be melted down over and over again without any loss in quality. In Germany almost half of all steel is manufactured from this “secondary raw material.” This reduces the amount of energy needed for production, and thus significantly minimizes the CO2 emissions. Energy is also saved in transport. As steel furniture is lighter than conventional wooden furniture, the energy requirements are significantly reduced.
Long-lasting products
Furniture items made from steel are particularly long-lasting commodities. A C + P locker, for example, is used for at least 30 to 40 years before being returned to the material cycle. The long-lasting durability of commodities is a statement against today’s throwaway society.
Environmental dipping paint procedure
C + P is the world’s first company to use a solvent-free dipping paint procedure in series production. The painting method is not only emission-free. —The solvent-free paint can also be processed at a lower current range. This makes it possible to save energy.
No packaging material
Thanks to its in-house logistics, C + P is able to deliver the majority of all orders pre-assembled and without packaging. This helps to considerably reduce unnecessary waste.
